Service Description

You’ll work on advanced inversions, transitions, and combinations, building strength and endurance on the spinning pole. With a maximum of 6 students per class, each person has a pole to herself for focused practice and personalized guidance. Pre-requisite: Aerial invert, brass monkey kickup. You will learn Ayesha in this class.
