Our Spinniing Pole Dance Groove Elevate class is designed for those with prior pole experience who can execute pole spins, pole invert, pole climbs or those with a strong fitness background. Each person has a pole to herself for focused training. At this level, you'll start working on aerial pole inversion and shoulder mount, gaining strength and confidence as you progress. By the end of the term, you'll put your skills together into a short choregraphy, building flow and control on the spinning pole.
