Our intro class is designed for absolute beginners—no dance or fitness background needed! Want to try aerial silk but feel nervous about the height? At Groove, classes are taught at a comfortable height so students can safely build strength, flexibility, and a solid foundation before moving higher. Sign up for a term course and the trial fee will be offset.
