This course is designed for beginners with prior pole experience who can do pole spin, pole sit, one pole climb, cross-knee lay back, or with a fitness background. Max 6 pax in a class. You will learn pole inversion from the floor, forearm pole climb, and a mini choreo. Drop-in at $36 (paid by PayNow) or $38 (paid by Card) is welcome!
