Cancellation Policy

Practice session purchases are non-refundable. No credit will be issued for missed or unattended practice slots. Practice fee is per student per apparatus. If you are sharing an apparatus with your friends or if your friends are joining you for the practice, a booking is required per person. If your friends or spouses or partners are not practicing but waiting for you, kindly inform them to wait for you outside the studio. The Studio reserves the right to deny entry to them or refuse your next booking. Practice session is at 1 hour per session from the practice start time you have booked. If you require more time for practice, proceed to book for another hour by WA 8020 4587 or email to enquiry@groove.com.sg. The Studio reserves the right to impose the hourly practice fee for an exceeded time of 10 min or to refuse the next booking. The Studio reserves the right to cancel a practice session in advance and replace it with another slot. A fee of 20% of the practice fee (based on non-student pricing) will be charged for any requests to change the practice time. To make such a request, please send an email to enquiry@groove.com.sg at least 1 day in advance and the change is subject to studio space availability. Transfers of practice sessions are allowed by paying 20% of the fee and emailing the replacement details to the Studio at least 1 day prior.
