Small Class Big Impact
How are the terms structured?
Each term consists of 6 weekly lessons. This structure allows you to progress alongside your cohort and build skills systematically.
What is your makeup class policy?
We understand life happens!
You can miss up to 2 classes per term.
These can be replaced with another Aerial or Pole class at your current skill level or 2 hours of self-practice (subject to availability).
Timeline: Makeups must be completed within the same term or at the latest, one week after the term ends. They cannot be carried over to the next term.
If you wish to make up after the term ends, you can top up the difference of the drop-in rate and the class fee paid.
Note: Once a replacement class is booked, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
Do you provide private class?
Yes, we do.

Private Class Scheduling
1. Can I reschedule or cancel my private class?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your private class, but a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required.
2. What happens if I cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice?
If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, the session will be forfeited, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
3. How do I notify the studio if I need to make a change?
Please inform the Studio via the agreed communication channel (e.g., WhatsApp, email) at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your class.
4. What if I have an emergency and can't attend?
While we understand that emergencies happen, the 24-hour policy still applies, and the session will be forfeited if notice is not given in time. For medical reason, please inform the Studio.
What if I want to change/withdraw from my course?
For in-studio courses, please write in to enquiry@groove.com.sg to request for change or withdrawal on medical grounds (subject to approval) at least 5 days in advance from the course start date.
For course that has already been confirmed or started, an admin fee of $20 will be imposed if the change of course to another course/slot/next intake of course is effected by student under any reason (regardless of medical, travel or work plans). There shall be no withdrawal once the course is confirmed, however, the student could look for her replacement by emailing the details of the replacement to enquiry@groove.com.sg and there is an admin fee of $20.
For online classes, please write in to enquiry@groove.com.sg to request for change or withdrawal of class at least 8 hours in advance from class start time.
