1. Be My Valentine Lap Dance Workshop
No need to fight traffic and the Orchard Road crowd this Valentine’s Day. Simply register yourself (applicable for ladies only) in any of the Valentine Day Lap Dance courses below and give your boyfriend/ spouse a very special and personalised “gift”. 3. Viva Vertical Pole Workshops
Our pole partners from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will be visiting us for the weekend. Join us for Duo- Pole Workshops for both the intermediate and advance levels. In these workshops, you will be learning:
• Intermediate – Advance Pole Tricks
• Dual Pole Choreography (synchronised pole choreography done with two pole dancers)
• Useful pole exercise tips
Note: While you need not join this course with a fellow friend, it helps to sign up for the course with one of the same level/ skill as you. Executing these tricks with a friend you trust will make learning much easier and faster.

5. Xtreme Xotic Dancer Program (XXP)
Interested in taking your Exotic Dancing to higher levels? Looking for opportunities to perform? 6. Accelerated Pole Program (APP)
Zoom through your Pole Dance course and ready yourself for Pole Dance Level 4 in just 16-weeks! How can you learn so fast? Well, first we’ll condition your body with Ballet dance exercises, techniques and choreography. Next, we tone up your body to be well-conditioned to do elbow and hand stands with our 6-week Basic Gymnastic Course and lastly we’ll work on your grace and fluidity, with our Jazz dance classes. All these done in conjunction with you learning Pole spins, skills, trick and inverts on another day of the week. And if that’s not so intensive for you, we’ll throw in complimentary access to Pole Dance Levels 1-3 and pole practice sessions at Groove. More information may be found below:

7. Masquerade Exotic & Pole Nite!
Can’t get enough of Pole Jam? Well, here’s your chance to catch it yet again! Block Friday, 26th March 2010 on your calendar for a fun-filled Masquerade Exotic & Pole Nite!
Dress in your Exotic or Pole Dance gear but don’t forget to masquerade yourself with a groovy mask. Not only do you get to watch performances from your classmates, you get to join in fun-filled dance workshops offered by our partners from DanceFusion & Belly Dance Discovery.
The Workshops:
DanceFusion offers Hip-Hop, B-Boy, MTV Groove and more. In this event, they will be offering a 20-minute MTV Groove Dance Workshop.
Belly Dance Discovery offers exciting Belly Dance courses at their studio @ Peck Seah Street. In this event, they will be offering a 20-minute Belly Dance Workshop and a sexy student Belly Dance performance.
The Event:
Come in your kinkiest masquerade mask outfit and watch our instructors and students perform both Exotic & Pole in between MTV Groove & Belly Dance Workshops. What’s more? We’ll be holding an amateur solo/ duo pole dance competition that night, so do come and support your favourite pole dancer/ pole team. This event is open to all ladies – students, non-students, friends, members, non-members, dancers and non-dancers. Details on event fees may be found below.
Interested to compete?
If you are a Groove student and you’d like to compete in the Amateur Pole Dance Competition (Solo or Duo Category), please inform your instructor and submit a 30-second video preview of yourself via DVD or e-mail. You must incorporate the Masquerade Theme into your performance.
We will upload all videos on FaceBook and YouTube. The best 3 videos from each category (those with most comments/ votes/ ratings) will be showcased on Friday, 26th March 2010. Champions from each category stand to win trophies and dance vouchers.
You may register for any of the practice time-slots available here (pole practice fees apply) to practice or use the studio to video your preview performance.
Competitors enter free! Performers pay $5.00 for the event. Don’t forget to put on a kinky mask!
