• SB1, SB2 and SI1-4 denotes level of Salsa courses: Salsa Beginners Level 1, 2 and Intermediate Levels 1-4 respectively.
• Salsa Intermediate Improvers (also known as Salsa Intermediate Level 1.5) is offered after SI1. This course is represented with the
abbreviation SI1.5.
• Salsa Intermediate Level 3.5 is offered before Salsa Intermediate Level 4 and after Salsa Intermediate Level 3. This course is indicated
as SI3.5.
• Ladies’ Styling/ Men’s Styling/ Men’s & Ladies’ Styling is a Salsa Course for Salseras who have completed at least Salsa Intermediate
Level 1. This will be reflected as LS (Ladies’ Styling or Shines); MS (Men’s Styling or Shines) or MLS (Men’s & Ladies’ Styling).
• Street Cha-Cha is offered in 3 levels. It is reflected as SCC1-3.
• Bachata is a 4-week course , we offer levels 1-3. The abbreviation for Bachata Levels 1-3 are as follows: B1-3.
• Merengue Course is indicated as M. There is only 1 level for this 4-week course.
• SX denotes Stipxercise. You will see this as SX on the calendar. This is an all-ladies course.
• E1-4 denotes Exotic Dance Levels 1, 2, 3a, 3b and 4a & 4b respectively in calendar. This is an all-ladies course. We also offer 3 levels
of Pussycat Dolls Exotic Dance Choreography. This is seen as PCD1-3 on the calendar. This is an all-ladies course.
• Pole Dance Levels 1-5 are represented as P1, P2, P3, P4 & P5 respectively. This is an all-ladies course.
• Pole Groove focuses less on Pole Tricks and more on Exotic Dance choreography around the pole. This course is reflected
as PG1-3 depending on the levels. This is an all-ladies course.
• Cardio Salsa = CS.
• The 3 levels of Hip-hop courses are reflected as HH1, HH2 & HH3.
• The 3 levels of MTV Groove are reflected as MTG1, MTG2 & MTG3.
• The 3 levels of Jazz are denoted by the codes J1, J2 & J3.
